Holiday Villa Panorama is located just 300 m from the village center of Gerani, where you will find taverns and a small supermarket. The nearest beach is just a 5-minute drive away.
Situated on the slope, the house and the garden are divided into 3 levels. From the entrance you enter the middle area, where you will find the kitchen, dining and living area. In the living area there are comfortable sofas, coffee table, satellite TV, WiFi internet and a fireplace. There is a dining area and a semi-open, fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and washing machine, and another small dining area. There is also one of the bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom on this level.
A staircase leads up to the upper floor with 3 more bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds and 1 with one single bed, and a folding bed would also be available. Two of the bedrooms have access to a balcony with a beautiful view of the land and the sea. The bedrooms share a bathroom on the upper floor.
From the living area, on the middle floor, you have access to a large, shaded terrace, which is furnished with a large dining table and chairs and enjoys a beautiful view. A staircase leads from here down to the pool area. There is a private pool (8x4m) here, surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas. The garden is well grown and offers good privacy.
