Description
Castle Villa is situated in a unique position on a hilltop, overlooking the surrounding country side and with fantastic views to the Mediterranean Sea. The villa is very private and cannot be overlooked.
The ground floor comprises of an open-plan living room and kitchen with terracotta floor tiles and rustic beamed ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances for everyday cooking. The dining area has a nice rustic table and sits 6, patio doors leading out to the pool area. The living room has SAT-TV (limited channels), HI-FI with CD player, DVD player and Wifi internet.
There are 3 bedrooms, all with own TV. On the ground floor is a twin bedroom, shower room with body massager jet shower system and separate guest WC. The first floor comprises of two double bedrooms each with a private balcony. Both bedrooms are furnished with 4-poster beds and are well decorated. One bedroom has en-suite full bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, whilst the second has en-suite shower room with body massage jet shower system. All three bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air-conditioning units which can be used for both cooling and heating.
Outside there is a large, overflow swimming pool. The pool is surrounded by gardens from which you have superb uninterrupted views of the sea and the mountains behind. There is a traditional style stone built barbecue and a traditional clay oven; pergola, sun beds, pool shower, table and chairs.
The nice beach in Argaka is about 2 km from the villa. In the village and along the coast there are a few nice taverns, a larger selection you will find in Polis, about 10 minutes drive.
