Description
Villa Sunset is located on the west coast of Rhodes near the town of Fanes and very close to the sea. It is located in a quiet, rural area, the coast is partly rocky with small stretches of beach. The beach of Fanes and the small harbour are about 4 km away.
From the entrance you enter the open and very spacious living area with satellite TV and WiFi Internet. There are 2 sofa sets, each with coffee tables and a dining area. Veranda doors open from here to the covered terrace and pool area and offer a beautiful view of the sea. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and also offers a washing machine and dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.
There are 4 bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning. One, with a double bed and private bathroom, is on the ground floor. 3 more, each with a double bed, can be found on the upper floor. Two of them have access to a large terrace with a view of the sea. The 3 bedrooms share a bathroom on the upper floor.
Outside you will find a beautiful, covered terrace furnished with garden furniture. There is also a nice large private pool measuring 12.4 x 5.4 m and 1.8 - 2.6 m deep. This is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas. There is also a barbecue area. The garden is nice and large with lawn and hedges. The sea is only 100 m away, a restaurant about 1 km and a mini market 700 m.
