Description
Villa Dimitris is located near the coastal village of Kalyves, near Chania. It is located in a beautiful, rural setting and only 2 km from the beach.
The entrance leads into the open living/dining area with kitchen. There are comfortable sofas and a coffee table, an open fireplace and satellite TV as well as WiFi internet. The small kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a washing machine. From the kitchen there is access to a covered terrace with a large, rustic table with benches. There is another covered and furnished terrace at the pool area. One of the bedrooms, furnished with two single beds, and a bathroom are on the ground floor. The second and third bedrooms are on the upper floor, each furnished with a double bed and share a bathroom. These have access to a beautiful, furnished balcony with great views over the countryside. The living area and bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units.
Outside you will find the beautiful, very private garden with its own pool, which has a size of 7 x 3.5 m and is 1.20-1.50 m deep. The pool is surrounded by a well-established garden and lawn, where sun loungers and umbrellas are available.
Tavernas and supermarkets can be found in Kalyves Beach, 2 km away.
