Nadima No. 1 belongs to a complex of 5 houses with each private pool and is located in the north of Malta at the Santa Maria Estate in Mellieha, about 2.5 km from the sandy beach.
From the street a staircase is going down to the entrance of the house and into the open living / dining area with kitchen. The house has a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and washing machine), a dining table with 4 chairs and a living area with a 2 and 3 seater sofa, coffee table, TV, Playstation, DVD and Wifi Internet. There are two bedrooms, one furnished with two single beds and one with a double bed and a en-suite bathroom. There is also a separate bathroom. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, which is included in the price.
Outside is the private pool, which measures 6.7 x 3.6 m and a depth of 0.9 - 1.7 m. There are sun beds, umbrellas, garden furniture and a built-in barbecue.
Restaurants and cafes can be reached within 1 km.
Mellieha Bay is one of the largest sandy beaches in Malta and is only 5 minutes by car.
