Latchi View Villa is situated in the first line of a complex of newly built villas close to the village of Neo Chorio with an amazing view over Polis Chrysochou Bay. The villa is very modern and enjoyes fantastic sea views.
The villa is well furnished with an open plan living area and kitchen on the ground floor. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, there is a dining area sitting 6 persons. The living area consists of comfortable sofas and coffee table with SAT-TV and DVD. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning units and free wifi internet. Wide patio doors allow a beautiful view over the country to the sea. One of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities is situated on the ground floor, two further bedrooms are on the upper floor, both with own bath rooms, the master bedroom additionally with access to a balcony with lovely sea views.
Latchi harbour is about 3 km from the villas, here you will find a good selection of taverns, bars and cafes. There is a long beach in Latchi, what is sandy to pebbly. The village of Neo Chorio is just about one kilometre and easy to walk, there you will find some taverns and small grocery stores.

#25. rundum zufrieden
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Neo Chorio sehr genossen und waren rundum zufrieden. Vielen Dank für den Tipp: Häuschen 2.Reihe aber mit voller Sicht aufs Meer und Land. Es war für uns das schönste Haus. Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln, der Service war sehr gut und ihre persönliche Begrüssung haben wir geschätzt. Ja kurz und bündig, wir werden wieder kommen.
