This Cyprus Villa with 3 bedrooms is located in Koloni, only a few kilometers from Paphos and just a short drive from the beach. It is located on the hillside and therefore has a beautiful view over Geroskipou and the sea.
The plot is beautifully grown in with palm trees and bushes in the front yard and high hedges around the pool area and provides good privacy.

From the carport a path leads to the entrance of the house. Here you will find the open living / dining room furnished with quality leather sofas, satellite TV, DVD player and some DVDs and books (in English), also Wifi internet available. The house is often used by the owners and has therefore nice homelike interiors and is very well equipped. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and among other things also offers dishwasher and washing machine. The three well-appointed bedrooms, all with double beds, are upstairs, each with its own bathroom, two have access to the balcony with beautiful sea view.
Outside there is the 8 x 4 m large pool, which is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and parasols. The pool can be heated for extra charge. In addition, there are an outside hot tub, gas barbecue and garden furniture. Here you can also enjoy the beautiful sea view and the sunset.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, which is included in the price (total electricity consumption up to 200 kWh per week included). Mountain bikes are available free of charge upon request.
