Description
This superb 4 bedroom, conventional stone-built house is located in the beautiful, traditional village of Kathikas. This village is well known for holiday away from the busy tourist places, offering nice, romantic taverns und a beautiful countryside, without being to far away from the beaches in Coral Bay or Latchi.
On the ground floor there is a large open plan area, with a kitchen, living room and dining area. The living room is light and spacious, furnished with quality leather sofas and with a TV and a DVD player, while the kitchen is stylishly fitted and fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher. The dining area has a nice big table with 8 chairs. All bedrooms are classically decorated and airy, with the ability to sleep up to 8 persons.
Outside there is a large private swimming pool, sun beds, tables and chairs. Plenty of space to sunbath during the hot sunny days and a covered area with BBQ to wine and dine in the warm Cyprus evenings. Privacy is also given in the form of a stone wall around the property, in keeping with the stonework of the house.
The location offers a selection of little shops and traditional tavernas. This area is also well known for its many local wineries. The owner of this house takes care of the guest and brings occasionally seasonal fruits and or local wines.
