Villa Nikolina is a spacious 5-bedroom house on the outskirts of the traditional village of Droushia. The village center is only 500 meters away, here you will find some kafenions and simple, small taverns. The village is characterized by its traditional houses, built of rustic sandstone, and the narrow streets and is an ideal starting point for hikes in the surrounding villages or along fields above the Akamas nature reserve with wonderful views over the entire peninsula.
The house is nice and spacious and quite private with a distant sea view. From the entrance of the house you get into the open living / dining area with kitchen. Here you will find the fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine and a tumble dryer. The elegant dining area seats up to 8 people and there are two living areas with sofas and armchairs. In addition, TV and Wifi Internet are available.
All 5 bedrooms are upstairs. All are well furnished, again very spacious and each have a private bathroom with bath or shower. The two bedrooms in the front have each a furnished balcony with wonderful views over the countryside and the sea. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning units for cooling or heating, and central heating is also available in winter (both for a fee).

Outside you will find the private pool area, surrounded by a sun terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas. The pool is located to the side of the house and offers a good privacy. The garden is clean and well maintained and there are garden furniture and barbecue available.

The beaches of Latchi are only 10 km away. There is also a small harbor with restaurants and shops. Here boat trips are offered and you can rent small motor boats by the hour. Kathikas, with some good taverns, is only 7 km away.
