Description
Prevelis villas are located right on the seafront, on a small hill and enjoy an outstanding, full sea view and plenty of peaceful vacation.
Both houses are identical and consist on the ground floor of living / dining room with fireplace and satellite TV. French doors open to the veranda with garden furniture and a superb view. The open kitchen is fully equipped, also with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a breakfast bar with chairs. Downstairs there is also one bathroom.
A wooden staircase leads to the first floor where the two bedrooms and another bathroom are located. There is also a balcony with outdoor furniture and excellent views.
Each villa has its own private garden and pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols.
The houses are located about 3 km from Ammoudi and 4 km from the Lake of Preveli where you can find a few tavernas and a minimarket. Spili is the nearest large town, which also offers larger supermarkets, banks and restaurants.
Car rental is recommended.
