Each bedroom has its own balcony with a nice view over the country and sea. The bedrooms on the upper floor are equipped with air conditioning. The house has central heating and is ideal for all seasons. Outside there is the pool area, which is well grown in and very private. Here are sun loungers, umbrellas and garden furniture available.

This villa is ideal for guests who want to be right in a village, near locals live. The beach is just 3 km away and reachable by car in 5 minutes. For those looking for a little more hustle and bustle, a visit to Rethymnon is recommended. There is a hive of activity at the harbor, many restaurants, taverns, bars, restaurants and shops, not to mention the kilometer-long beach.
