Remote, in a wonderful and quite location and only 2 km from busy Protaras is the luxury villa Paradise Hill located.
This contemporary villa has a very modern style and is very comfortable furnished, colours vary from brown to green with chrome and leather. The atrium of this villa gives a feeling of space and light. High floor to ceiling windows offer a fantastic view on the pool, the surrounding countryside and the sea. The open plan living area is very stylish, with brown leather sofas and a glassed top coffee table. There is a marble fireplace, furthermore SAT-TV (limited channels) and DVD.
The elegant and fully equipped kitchen is from dark wood with matching chrome electric appliance. There is a glass topped dining table with 6 brown leather chairs. Patio doors are opening to a covers veranda with built-in BBQ with outside sink.
The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has en-suite facilities, furthermore it has direct access to the pool area. There is separate bathroom on the ground floor as well.
On the upper floor are two bedrooms situated, one with double bed and the other with two single beds, they share a family bathroom. There is an open gallery with a coffee table, TV and two chairs. There have been fitted two sleeping sofas in a niche what could be used for additional 2 children to sleep.
The villa is surrounded by a most beautiful garden. There is a large private pool of 10 x 5 m with steps and waterfall. Natural rocks and stones were creatively places around the pool. Some large trees offer natural shade a wooden veranda and a hammock are the ideal places to relax.
Protaras with a large selection of taverns, shops, bars and cafes is only 2 km from the villa. Fig Tree Bay and Connos Bay are approximately 3 km away.
