Villa Paula offers a beautiful, mature and very private garden. It is perfectly landscaped with high bushes, palm tree, a nice lawn und flowering flower beds. It is set right on the first line to the sea in Ayia Thekla.
The villa offers 4 nicely furnished bedrooms, each with double beds. Two of the bedrooms are located on the upper floor, have en-suite facilities and enjoy nice sea views, the other two bedrooms are located in the basement and share a bathroom with a luxury whirlpool-massage-shower.
The open plan living area is on the ground floor. There are comfortable sofas with coffee table, SAT-TV (limited channels), DVD and Wifi internet. For cooler days there is a working open fireplace as well. The dining area consists of a table with 6 chairs and the fully equipped kitchen offers i.a. dishwasher and washing machine. The house is furnished with quality furniture and is fully air-conditioned.
Outside you will find a shady terrace, the pergola is nicely grown in by bougainvillea. Here you will find a quality outside dining table with chairs and furthermore some wicker sofas and coffee table. The private pool has a size of 4 x 8 m and is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas. The garden is just wonderful with high bushes is the garden not overseen by the neighbors. There is a nice lawn, ideal for children, with different mature trees. The garden is only 50 m from the sea front, where you will find a nice path for long walks along the coast. The coast in front is little rocky, a small beach is about 300 m.
Ayia Thekla is a quiet residential area, only 8 km from the busy town Ayia Napa.
