This stunning, very modern villa is situated right on the beach front in Gialia, near Argaka, on the North-West coast of Cyprus and about 10 minutes drive from Polis. The villa was complete in 2013, and promises with its contemporary design a carefree holiday in a luxury surrounding.
Mare Beach villa is located directly on the beach front next to villa Anthiana and would be very interesting for larger groups as well. From the parking a staircase goes up to the entrance of the villa. You will enter the bright and open plan living and dining area with kitchen. Wide floor to ceiling windows offer an amazing view to the sea. The elegant very luxury kitchen is fully equipped. There is a dining area sitting 8 persons and a living area with comfortable leather settees, coffee table, 42“ Internet-TV with english, german and russian channels and also access to Netflix etc., DVD and wifi internet. Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor (one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds), both offering en-suite facilities. As well in the bedrooms you will find large windows granting fantastic sea views. On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms with each own bathroom. Furthermore, from that floor you have access to a large veranda.
From the living area stairs are going down to the lower floor, here is a small Gym, a pool table, soccer table and a bath with washing machine. If required there is a sofa bed available for 2 persons.
From the living area you have access to the pool area, where you will find garden furniture, BBQ, sun loungers and umbrellas. The infinity pool has a size of 4,5 x 10,5 m. As well the outside area is puristic and straightforward and built for maximum enjoyment of the sea view. A few steps lead down to a small lawn, with direct access to the beach. Furthermore, the villa offers a parking for 3 cars.

A few restaurants and taverns you will find in the nearby Argaka, from about 1 km. A larger choice is offered in Polis, about 10 minutes drive.
