Description
Kalinousa is a small but impressive villa directly on the seafront in Pomos on the North-West coast of Cyprus. It offers fantastic panorama views and is in walking distance to the small harbour in Pomos.
The villa has two levels, on the ground floor you will find the open plan living area with two sofas, SAT-TV, Hifi and DVD. There is a small dining table sitting 4 persons and a small kitchenette with a two ring stove, a fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. A double bedroom and a small bathroom are on the ground floor. There are two further bedrooms and a separate bathroom upstairs. Both upper bedrooms have access to a balcony with beautiful views. All rooms have large windows allowing a fantastic view to the sea.
Outside there is a huge covered terrace with outside dining table, sitting 6 and comfortable armchairs. A flight of stairs goes down to the pool, on the side of the terrace. It has a good size of 9 x 4 m and 1-2 m depth. It is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas and here, too, you can enjoy the most fantastic sea view. There is a large garden with lawn, flowering bushes and palm trees. The sea is below the garden is rocky, not accessible from the villa grounds. There are a few small coves along the coast what are ideal for snorkelling. The small harbour of Pomos is only 700 m from the villa and easy to reach on foot.
The coastal road runs behind the villa, it goes to Pyrgos and is not heavily used.
