Description
Villa Anthiana has a perfect location, directly on the beach front near the small village of Ayia Marina and Argaka, just a few driving minutes from Polis.
The villa is very well furnished and decorated, offers on the ground floor an open plan living area with kitchen. The villa is quite spacious, the living area consists of settees and arm chairs, a coffee table, internet TV with english, german and russian channels and access to Netflix etc., DVD and Hifi. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances and the elegant dining table sits up to 8 persons. Wide patio doors allow a beautiful view to the sea. Two of the bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds and both with their own bathroom en-suite, are situated on the ground floor. On the upper floor are two further bedrooms, again one with a double and the other with two single beds and each with own bath and access to a large balcony with the most beautiful panoramic view.
Outside you will find a large covered veranda with outside dining furniture. The pool, on the side of the villa, is 9 x 4,5 m big and surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas. Additionally there is a BBQ for an enjoyable night outside dining and watching the sunset. There is a large lawn ideal for children to play. A small path leads to the beach, what is sandy to pebbly.
Argaka is about 4 km and along the coast you will find some nice, small taverns, additionally a few shops and a bakery. A larger selection you will find in Polis, about 10 km from the villa.
Villa Mare Beach is situated just next door and would be interesting for large groups as well.
