This pretty, rustically built holiday villa Faragi 1 is located between Maroulas and Platanes on Crete. The village of Maroulas is about 3 km away and the beach of Platanes is about 2.5 km away.
On the ground floor of the house there is a cozy living room with sofas and coffee table, TV and an open fireplace. Here too you can find the rustic stone walls and wooden ceilings. The open kitchen is fully equipped and also offers a dining area with 6 chairs.
There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, one with two single beds is on the ground floor, there is also a bathroom here. The other two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed, are on the upper floor and offer access to a large veranda with views over the land and the sea.
Outside there is a covered terrace and, in the garden, there is a private pool (7.8x4.9 m) surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas.
The location of the house is ideal, quietly situated in the mountains but only a 5-minute drive from the beach and about a 10-minute drive from Rethymnon.
