The entrance leads to the open living/dining area with kitchen. In the living area you will find comfortable sofas, a coffee table, TV and WiFi internet. Patio doors open to the covered and furnished terrace and offer views of the pool and garden.
There is a round dining area with 6 chairs and the kitchen is fully equipped, including a washing machine and dishwasher.
The 3 bedrooms are each equipped with air conditioning units. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and offers an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have each two single beds and share a family bathroom.
Outside you will find the private pool with a size of 9 x 4 m and a depth of 1 - 2.2 m. It is surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas. There is also an outdoor shower and a shaded pergola with a BBQ.
The slightly elevated location offers a beautiful view over the country to the sea. The harbour with its restaurants and cafes and the beach is about 2.5 - 3 km away.
