Villa Xenja is located near Coral Bay in the Sea Caves area. The area is not so densely built up and there are still many fields around. The sea is only 500 m away and invites for long walks. Although outside the tourist area, a few nice taverns have been established within walking distance.
The bungalow has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children. The house is newly renovated with new bathrooms and new furniture and offers excellent privacy on the property.
A few steps lead from the parking lot to the terrace. This is covered and furnished with garden furniture and also offers a view of the sea.
The living area is furnished with comfortable sofas and a coffee table, offers a 50 inch HDTV and internet. The dining area seats up to 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and coffee maker.
There are two bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and one with a double bed, both have en-suite bathrooms.
The private pool has sun loungers and umbrellas, there is also a shady pergola with further seating and a BBQ.
Coral Bay is about 2.5 km away, there are some taverns and nearer to the house. The coast is 500 m away, this is mostly rocky or cliffy, but there are a couple of smaller coves for swimming along the coast towards Coral Bay.
