Description
Villa Petra is a beautifully spacious, modern house located directly on the sea, above a small bay in the quiet village of Kapparis near Protaras.
On the ground floor you will find the spacious, open living/dining area with kitchen. Wide patio doors open to the pool and garden and offer a beautiful sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers also a washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine. There is a breakfast bar and a dining area for 8 people. In the living area there are several sofas, satellite TV and WiFi internet. There is also a guest toilet with shower on the ground floor.
Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Four of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds, the 5th bedroom with two single beds. The two sea-side bedrooms also offer access to a covered veranda and enjoy a stunning view.
Outside you will find the private pool surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and parasols. There are also comfortable outdoor sofas and another dining area and BBQ.
There are a few restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. More choice can be found in Protaras, 3 m away.
The villa is available for families. Any kind of parties or celebrations are not allowed without prior approval.
