Description
Holiday villa Felix is located just a few meters from the sea in Kissonerga and there are also some restaurants and shops within walking distance.
The entrance leads to the living/dining area and kitchen. The living area is nicely furnished with bright sofas, coffee table and TV and offers access to the furnished terrace. The dining area is furnished with 8 comfortable chairs and from here you also have access to the terrace and a beautiful view of the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers, among other things, a dishwasher and washing machine.
3 of the bedrooms are on the same level, one is furnished with a double bed and offers an en-suite bathroom, the other two bedrooms are each furnished with each a single bed and share a bathroom. A staircase leads down to the half basement, where you will find 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, as well as another bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners, which is included in the price.
Stairs lead down from the terrace to the private pool area, which is surrounded by a fence and not overseen. You will find another sitting area here, as well as sun loungers and an umbrella. The pool has a size of 8 x 4 m and is 0.9 - 1.85 m deep.
The location of the house is quite good, there are a few restaurants and shops and also the beach within walking distance. There is also a bus stop nearby, with buses running between Paphos and Coral Bay.
