This villa is located in the area of Coral Bay, in the front row to the sea and offers a wonderful sea view from the well-kept garden and pool area. The house is ideal for 4 people, but has a sofa bed in the basement for one more person. A few steps lead from the entrance to the open living/dining area and the kitchen. The living area has comfortable sofas, coffee table, TV and Wifi internet. From here you have a beautiful view through patio doors to the pool and the sea. From the entrance on the right you will find the fully equipped kitchen with dining table. The kitchen is also equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. A staircase leads up to the upper floor where two of the bedrooms are located. Both are comfortably furnished with double beds and access to the balcony, which offers a wonderful sea view. The two bedrooms share a bathroom.
In the basement there is a sofa bed for one more person, as well as a coffee table and a TV. There is also a large bathroom with a sauna. Outside is the private pool, on the terrace you will find comfortable seating, a couple of sun loungers, an umbrella and a dining table. The garden is beautifully landscaped with stairs leading to the lower terrace. This is slightly above a walkway what separates the garden from the sea. There is a pebbly beach about 150 m away. The sandy Coral Bay beach is about 1000 m away. There are numerous restaurants and cafes within walking distance.
