Villa Rubi is located on the edge of a new complex, about 1 km from the center of Ayia Napa and enjoys a wonderful view over the countryside to the sea.
On the ground floor you will find the open living / dining area with kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and also offers a dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area is modern and can seat 6 people. In the living area you will find comfortable sofas, coffee table, IPTV, DVD and Wifi Internet. Veranda doors open to the pool area and offer views of the sea.
One of the bedrooms, furnished with a double bed, and a private bathroom is on the ground floor, this also has direct access to the pool area. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.
A staircase leads up to the upper floor, here you will find two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. These share a bathroom upstairs. There is also a beautiful, large balcony with a sea view.
The rooms are equipped with air conditioning units, which is included in the price.
Outside you will find the private pool of 8 x 4 m, here there are also sun beds and umbrellas available. High-quality seating areas and a glass railing around the property, which provides a beautiful sea view, complete the perfect vacation.
The nearest beach is around 2 km away and the restaurant and supermarket are around 700 m away.
