Villa Maritime is located in Pernera, only 200 m from the beach and about 2.5 km from the center of Protaras.
The beautifully bright, open living / dining area with kitchen is on the ground floor. The living area is furnished with a comfortable corner sofa, a coffee table and offers IPTV, DVD and Wifi Internet. Right next to it you will find the modern dining table with 6 chairs and the open, fully equipped kitchen, which is also equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.
The three bedrooms are upstairs, one is furnished with a double bed and has a private bathroom, the other two bedrooms offer each two single beds and share a family bathroom.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioners, which is included in the price.
Wide veranda doors in the living area open to the pool terrace. The pool has a size of 8x4 m and is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers, an umbrella, garden furniture and a BBQ.
Kalamies Beach is only 200 m away and shops and restaurants can be found at the same distance. The center with a rich selection of cafes and entertainment is only 2.5 km from the houses.
