Holiday villa Palm is located about 5 km from the famous tourist center of Protaras, near the village of Ayia Triada and only 700 m from the beautiful Trinity Beach.
The open living area is modernly furnished, the kitchen is fully equipped and offers a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a dining area with 6 chairs and the living area is furnished with bright sofas, coffee table, IPTV, DVD and Wifi internet. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.
The three bedrooms are on the upper floor, all are furnished with a double bed, one has its own bathroom, the other two share a family bathroom. Two bedrooms have access to a large balcony.
The house is equipped with shutters, which is very pleasant in the hot summer months.
In addition, all rooms offer air conditioning units, which is included in the price.
The pool area can be reached through patio doors in the living area. The private pool has a size of 4 x 8 m and is 0.9 - 1.4 m deep. Sun loungers, umbrellas and various outdoor seating are available. The garden area is quite well ingrown with hedges.
Two beaches are 700 and 850 m away, a small supermarket and restaurants are around 850 m from the house.
