These holiday villas have each 2 bedrooms, a private pool und are situated only 200 m from the beach in Polis. The surrounding area is rural, with plantations and fields. The villas are set between citrus orchards. The villas are set behind each other and offer each a lush garden with pool.

On the ground floor there is the open plan living room, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped, offering a washing machine, dishwasher and microwaves and all other necessary appliances. There is a large dining table seating 6 persons and the living room is offering two sofas, one armchair and TV. On this level is a guest toilette. On the first floor are the two bedrooms, each offering a private balcony with sea views and an en-suite bathroom.

Outside there is the secluded garden with a nice pool, surrounded by a sunbathing terrace with sun beds and umbrellas.

The pebbly beach is only 200 m away and can be reached over a small path. The village centre of Polis with its shops, cafes and restaurants is only 1,5 km and a short drive of 4 km brings you to the beautiful harbour of Latchi.
