Description

Holiday villa Ariela is located in the small village of Kercem, only about 2 km from Victoria. It is a newly built holiday home with its own garage for 3 smaller cars.
A staircase leads up to the entrance and you come directly into the open living / dining area. The modern kitchen is in a niche, this is fully equipped and also offers a dishwasher. In the living area, the traditional, wonderful stone arches have been incorporated into the ceilings and give the room a beautiful, traditional style. The dining area is furnished with a modern dining table with 8 chairs and the living area with a comfortable corner sofa and coffee table. Cable TV and WiFi internet are also available here. There is also a guest toilet at this level. Wide patio doors offer views of the pool area and the countryside. A staircase leads up to the first floor where 2 bedrooms are located. One with two single beds and one with 3 single beds. There is also a family bathroom here. Another staircase leads to the second floor, here there is a bedroom with two single beds and the master bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom and additionally access to a balcony with a view of the pool and the countryside.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners for a fee (coin operated) and ceiling fans.
You reach the pool area from the living room. The private pool has a good size of 12.3 x 3.5 m and is surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and an umbrella. There are also garden furniture and a grill. At the end of the pool there is a small garden and there is also some view of the surroundings.

Kercem is only a small village but only a few kilometers from Vicotria where you can find a good number of restaurants and cafes. There is only a small snack bar in Kercem. The Bay of Xlendi is about 3.4 km away.
