Description
Villa Ta Riena is located in the village of Nadur, the village center is about 1 km away, where you can find various restaurants etc. The house is located in a fairly quiet street and offers a wonderful view over the countryside. This traditional house has been beautifully restored with both old and modern features and offers a comfortable vacation with all modern amenities.
From the entrance you get into the large entrance area, here you can still find the old sandstone walls and the wooden beams at the ceilings.
At this level you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Both are furnished with traditional pine furniture. There is also a bath at this level. A stone staircase leads up to the upper floor, where the open kitchen and living / dining area are located. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dishwasher. The dining area consists of a beautiful wooden table with 6 comfortable chairs. A large window offers a view of the pool area and also of the landscape. The living area is furnished with a comfortable corner sofa and a coffee table, there is also cable TV and Wifi Internet. At this level there is also a double bedroom with its own private bathroom.
Another staircase leads up to the top floor where another bedroom with private bathroom has been furnished. This has access to a large veranda with wonderful views.
From the living area you reach the pool area through the wide veranda doors, here there is a private pool, a sun terrace with loungers and parasols, and also garden furniture and a grill.
All bedrooms and the living area have air conditioning for a fee (coin operated).
