Description
Holiday villa Rubie is located in the village of Qala near Nadur. This stone built house is built in a traditional way with lime stone and wooden beams but offers modern amenities. From the beautiful entrance you come directly into the open plan kitchen with dining and living area. Wide French doors open to the outside area and allow a beautiful view of the terrace and the pool.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, offers also a coffee machine and a microwave and a dining area for 6 people. The living area is furnished with comfortable leather sofas and coffee table and offers Wifi Internet and cable TV.
From the living area you have access to a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and there is also a guest bathroom at this level.
Stone stairs lead up to the first floor with another 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin), both with private bath.
A spiral staircase leads up to the second floor, where the laundry room is located and a pretty terrace with beautiful views over the countryside.
The bedrooms and living area are equipped with air conditioners (surcharge - coin operated) and ceiling fans.
Outside is the private pool, which is surrounded by a sun terrace with sunbeds and umbrella. There is also an outdoor dining area and a gas grill.
The nearest restaurant is in the village center of Qala, about 1.2 km away, while a supermarket is about 700 m away. Ramla and Hondoq Bay are about a 5-minute drive away.
