Holiday house Nadia is located only 1.5 km from the center of Ayia Napa. It is situated in the first row to the Katsarka beach and enjoys a wonderful sea view.
This property is a semi-detached house with nice, shady terraces, no pool but direct access to the sea. It is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden with lush bushes and palm trees and a footpath right on the coast leads to the center of Ayia Napa.
On the ground floor you will find the open kitchen and the living area. The house has been partially refurbished and renovated and offers a bright living room with sofa, armchairs, coffee table and also TV and wifi internet. The standard kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.
A staircase leads up to the bedrooms, the master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has access to a balcony with beautiful sea views. The second bedroom is located to the rear and is equipped with a single bed and a bunk bed and can accommodate 3 people. There is also a family bathroom upstairs.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioners.
Outside there are two shaded terraces, each furnished with garden furniture, both enjoy a wonderful sea view.
A supermarket is just 150 meters away and restaurants can be found in 500 meters. The center of Ayia Napa is about 1.5 km away and can be reached via the coastal path.
Nice house in a beautiful location by the sea, ideal for couples or families with children who are satisfied with a slightly smaller accommodation without a pool.
