This holiday villa is located right opposite the pretty harbor in Pernera and only a few minutes' walk from Kalamies beach and Sirena Bay.
On the ground floor of the house you will find the open living / dining area with kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a washing machine and dishwasher. The dining area is beautifully light with modern, white chairs and dining table and can seat up to 8 people. The living area is furnished with comfortable sofas and a coffee table, as well as TV, DVD and Wifi Internet. Wide French doors provide a wonderful view of the sea.
On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom. Upstairs there are further 3 bedrooms, furnished with double beds and each with its own bathroom. All offer a great view of the sea.
The house is beautifully bright and enjoys a wonderful sea view. All rooms are equipped with air conditioners.
Outside you will find the private garden, surrounded by high bushes and beautifully planted with palm trees and flowering shrubs, providing good privacy. The villa does not have a swimming pool, but its close proximity to two beaches does not make it essential. In the garden you will find various garden furniture, such as dining table with chairs and sun loungers.
In walking distance you will find a few restaurants and shops, larger supermarkets can be reached in a few minutes by car.
