This beautiful 3 bedroom holiday villa is located directly in first line to the sea and enjoys a wonderful view of the Mediterranean Sea. The pretty Mimosa Beach is just 500 meters away and easily reached via a footpath along the coast.
On the ground floor there is the open living / dining area with kitchen. The living area is comfortably furnished with a corner sofa, coffee table and a TV with IPTV (limited programs) and DVD. In addition, Wifi Internet is available in the house.
The kitchen and dining area are facing the pool and sea. Wide French doors provide a wonderful sea view. The dining area consists of a glass table with 6 chairs. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dishwasher and washing machine. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with shower.
A staircase leads up to the upper floor. Here you will find 3 bedrooms with double beds. One has its own bathroom and the other two share a family bathroom. Two bedrooms have access to a balcony with sea view. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning units.
Outside there is a covered terrace with an outside sofa and also a small dining table with chairs. The pool has a size of 8 x 4 m and is 1 - 1.7 m deep. It is surrounded by a sun terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas.
The location is very good, a beach is 500 meters away. The center of Protaras is about 3 km, where there are a good selection of restaurants, cafes and shops.
