Holiday Villa Louloudia 1 offers a size of 140 square meters and can accommodate up to 10 people. It is a beautiful stone house with gorgeous views and located on the outskirts of Pagalochori, about 3 km from the beach and village Stavromenos.
Villa Louloudia 1 and 2 are identical and built on 3 levels. Stairs lead up to the entrance on the first floor. Here is the beautiful bright and stylish living / dining area furnished with comfortable cream-colored sofas and dark tables and chairs and a fireplace for colder days. The kitchen is modern and is equipped with all necessary appliances. At this level there is also a bathroom and two air-conditioned bedrooms with two single beds. From the living area you can enter the spacious veranda where you can enjoy a beautiful view over the countryside and distant sea views. Also here garden furniture are available. A staircase leads up to the second floor, here there are two more air-conditioned bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds) and a shared bathroom. Again, you have again access to the balcony with a covered part, which is ideal for the warmer days.
On the ground floor there is another living area and bedroom for 2 people.
Each house has its own plot with a private pool of about 60 square meters. This is surrounded by a lawn and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols.
These are quite spacious villas in a beautiful tranquil setting and stunning views. Taverns are approximately 2 km away, a larger selection you will find in Stavromenos. Car hire is recommended.
