Villa Ekliesis 3 is 6 km from the beautiful Almyrida Bay on the outskirts of Kefalas. The 3 houses were traditionally built partly with rustic stone and dark wood and each have each a private plot with pool.

The entrance leads you into the open plan living / dining area with kitchen. The lounge area is traditionally furnished and offers TV, DVD, Wifi internet and a fireplace for the cooler season. The kitchen is fully equipped, also with a washing machine and has adjoining a dining area. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom and a guest WC. A wooden staircase leads up to the first floor where there are 3 traditionally furnished bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds, the third with two single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. There is also a bathroom with shower / bath and WC. Another wooden staircase leads up to the mezzanine, where another single bed is located.

From the living area patio doors are opening to the covered terrace and pool. Poolside loungers and parasols are provided and there is a lawn, perfect for children to play.

The houses are situated only 400 meters from the nearest tavern and supermarket. Almyrida beach is about 6 km.
