Description
Villa Pelagos is located in Agia Triada, about 15 minutes' drive from Rethymnon. With its 5 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 10 people. It is beautifully private and offers a wonderful sea view.
The house is built on 3 levels, the main entrance is at pool level, on the middle floor. Here you will find a nice living area with sofas, coffee table, satellite TV (limited channels), DVD and Wifi Internet. French doors open onto a large, covered and furnished balcony, from here you can enjoy a wonderful view over the countryside to the sea, a side door leads out to the pool area. In addition, there is an open, fully equipped kitchen, also with a dishwasher and washing machine, a dining area, and a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. A staircase leads up to the top floor, where you will find three en-suite bedrooms, two furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Two of the bedrooms have access to a large balcony with sea view. The fifth bedroom is on the ground floor, this is furnished with two single beds and has a private bathroom and access to the garden. All rooms are equipped with air conditioners.
The private pool has a size of approx. 8.5 x 3.5 m and is 0.5 - 1.5 m deep. Sun loungers and shade are available on the sun terrace, and there is a built-in barbecue.
The nearest tavern and a supermarket are about 2 km away, a beach is about 3 km away.
