The garden is beautifully grown and high hedges offer good privacy. On the ground floor of the house you will find the open living / dining area with kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers also a dishwasher and washing machine and a small dining table with 4 chairs. In the living area you will find comfortable sofas with coffee table, satellite TV and Wifi Internet, as well as another dining area with 6 chairs.
All 3 bedrooms are upstairs, all are air-conditioned and each has a balcony and a private bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed, the other two each with a double bed. Two bedrooms enjoy a beautiful view of the sea.
Outside you will find the private garden and the private pool. It is surrounded by a sun terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas. There is a large, covered porch where you will find more comfortable garden furniture. From here you can enjoy a beautiful sea view.
Although the sea is only a few 200 meters away, you cannot reach it directly due to the location on the cliff, the beach is in walking distance of about 1 km, restaurants are reachable from about 2 km. More choice of shops and restaurants can be found in Polis, 10 km away.
