Holiday villa Koumneni is a beautifully decorated house near the village of Pano Akourdalia. The location is nice private and the house is surrounded by orchards. A delightful place for guests who love privacy and privacy without compromising on a good standard.
The bungalow is built on one level, from the entrance you enter the open living / dining area with kitchen. The kitchen is very modern and well equipped and also has a dishwasher and washing machine. In the living area you will find a modern dining area with 8 chairs, a comfortable chaise longue, two sofas, an armchair and coffee table. In addition, there are TV, DVD and Wifi Internet available. The living area is equipped with air conditioning, heating and fireplace and is ideal for the cooler days. Wide windows let a lot of light into the house and allow the view to the pool area and over the mountains.
The two bedrooms can accommodate up to 5 people. In one bedroom you will find a double bed and a bunk bed, ideal for 2 adults and 2 children, and in the other bedroom a double bed. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans and also with shutters, ideal for the warm summer nights. The bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub.
Outside there are shaded seating areas, a dining area with quality wooden furniture and another with comfortable sofas. The private pool is surrounded by a terrace with sun beds and umbrellas. From the surrounding orchards, guests can pick the fresh fruit and from the small chicken coop between the fruit trees you will be supplied with daily breakfast eggs.
The nearest larger village with some taverns and a small mini market is about 5 km away, the beach in Latchi about 16 km, there is also a larger selection of shops and taverns.
An excellent house, very well furnished and equipped and very private.
