Holiday villa Valley View is located in a well maintained complex on the outskirts of Peyia. The houses are built of rustic stone and dark wood and are nicely situated, above a riverbed. The shops and taverns of Coral Bay are just 2 km away and the beautiful Coral Bay beach is just a few minutes' drive away. The houses are all very well grown and offer a good privacy.
On the ground floor of the house you will find the open living / dining area with kitchen. Here are comfortable leather sofas, coffee table and TV with DVD, Playstation and Wifi Internet available. For cooler days in winter you can use the open fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher and washing machine. French doors in the living area and in the kitchen open to the pool area and the covered terrace. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
The master bedroom is located upstairs, this also has its own bathroom with Jacuzzi and sauna. Furthermore this bedroom has access to a large balcony with wonderful views over the pool and the valley until to the sea.
The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, what is included in the price. Also Jacuzzi and sauna are included.
Outside there is a private swimming pool surrounded by a sun terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas. One end of the poll is beach-like and very shallow and ideal for smaller children, the other end has an overflow so you can enjoy, even in the pool, a wonderful view over the valley and to the sea. There is a covered terrace with garden furniture and an outdoor jacuzzi, the use is included in the price.
The restaurants in Coral Bay could also be reached on foot and a small path goes through a valley to Peyia, the first restaurants are about 1.2 km away.
