Description
Corfu villa Emilios is located above Kalami beach on the north-east coast of Corfu. Located on the hillside, it offers beautiful views over the land and the bay of Kalami.
From the private car park, a staircase goes up to the pool area and to the entrance of the house. On the ground floor you will find a nice living area with sofas, armchair, coffee table and also satellite TV, DVD and Wifi Internet. For colder days there is an open fireplace available. The dark ceiling beams give the living area a very nice ambience. French doors open to the pool area and allow a wonderful sea view. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, also with a dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a dining area with 6 chairs, a guest toilet and a bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom and access to the pool area. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, both have their own bathroom and access to covered terrace with sea view. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units.
At the private pool (9 x 5 m and 0.8-1.8 m deep) sun loungers and umbrellas are available, as well as there is a dining table with chairs on the terrace.
Although the Kalami beach appears only a few hundred meters from the house, the road is a bit further, about 3.5 km is the beach away, there are a few taverns and a supermarket and umbrellas and sundbeds are rented on the beach. The nearest supermarket is in Agnitsini, about 2.5 km away.
