Corfu holiday villa Elpida is located in Katavolos, on the north-eastern coast of the island. It is superbly located, enjoys a wonderful sea view and is within walking distance of the beach and taverns.
Villa Elpida is well furnished, very traditional with lots of dark wood. The living room is furnished with a sofa and armchairs, a coffee table and with TV, DVD and Wifi Internet. In addition, there is an open fireplace for the cooler days. The dining area can accommodate up to 6 people. French doors open to the covered porch with fantastic sea views. The kitchen is located in the back of the house and is well furnished. Even the bedrooms are rather traditional furnished but nice bright and friendly and have also access to the sea view veranda. There are also two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath, and here is also the washing machine located. Living area and bedrooms consist of air-conditioning.
The highlight of the house is the wonderful, covered porch, the sea view from here is just stunning. Here are garden furniture, such as a dining area with 4 chairs and a comfortable seating area available. The pool area could be locked by a gate, which is ideal for families with smaller children. A few steps lead down to the pool area, which overlooks the surrounding trees and offers impressive sea views. The pool has a size of 6 x 5 m and is 0.9 - 1.7 m deep. There are also sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool.
The Kaminaki beach is about 950 meters away, which is a nice pebble beach with azure blue water. There are a few taverns in the direction of Nissaki, starting at 350 m, and within easy walking distance.
