Holiday house Ilios is located on the hillside above the beautiful Nissaki beach and harbor, near the village of Apolisi, which consists of only a few houses. Villa Ilios is semi detached to the villa Kalithea, both share a driveway. However, the two houses have each their own pool on opposite sides and therefore offer good privacy at the pool area.
On the upper floor of the house, at pool level, there is the open living / dining area with kitchen. The living area has a sofa with coffee table, satellite TV, DVD and Wifi Internet is available. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dishwasher, the dining area can accommodate up to 6 people. Two air-conditioned bedrooms are also on this level, one furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both have access to a balcony with wonderful sea views. The bedrooms share a bath with a shower at this level. A staircase leads down to the lower floor, here you will find another, air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds and access to a balcony with sea view. At this level there is also another bathroom with a washing machine. In front of the house there is a shaded dining area and access to the beautiful pool area. The pool has a size of 9 x 5 m and is 1 - 1.8 m deep. There is also a small, separate children's pool. The pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with sun beds and umbrellas and enjoys a wonderful sea view. The area is beautifully overgrown with old olive trees.
The Nisaki beach is about 2.5 km away, the nearest tavern is 1.3 km, if necessary, also within walking distance.
