Description
Holiday Villa Cecile is a pretty 3 bedroom house with a fairly large outdoor area and only 100 meters from the sea. Protaras and the well-known Fig Tree Bay are also 15 minutes walk from the house.
From the entrance you enter the open living / dining area with kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dishwasher and washing machine, and there is a nice dining area that can seat up to 6 people. In the living area you will find comfortable sofas, a coffee table and for entertainment also a TV with DVD and Wifi Internet. On the ground floor is also a guest toilet. The three bedrooms are all upstairs. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en suite bathroom. There is also a twin bedroom and one with a double bed sharing a family bathroom. All rooms are of course fully equipped with bedside tables, lamps and fitted wardrobes.
Bedrooms and living area are equipped with air conditioning units, which are included in the price.
Outside you will find the private pool (4x8m), which is surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas. There are also shady terraces with garden furniture and a built-in barbecue.
This house is ideal for guests without a rental car. The Fig Tree Bay is just a 15-minute walk away and the smaller Vizakia Beach is only 4 minutes away. The shops and taverns in Protaras are also within easy walking distance.
