Description
Villa Elios is located in Latchi, in a nice quiet location and about 2 km from Latchi harbor with a good selection of restaurants and shops.
Through a large gate you enter the extensive grounds of the bungalow and from the entrance you immediately enter the spacious living area. It is furnished with two seating areas, each with a comfortable leather sofa and armchair, coffee table and TV, which provides enough and comfortable space for large groups. In addition there is DVD and Wifi Internet and for the cooler months also a fireplace.
The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a large, two-door refrigerator and also a dishwasher and washing machine. Adjacent is the dining area that seats up to 10 people.
The bungalow has 4 bedrooms, 3 with double beds and one with two single beds. One of the bathrooms is en-suite, the other two are separate.
The house is fully equipped with air conditioning units, which are included in the price.
Outside you will find the large pool of 11 x 5 m, which is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas.
In addition, there is also garden furniture, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
The large property is surrounded by bushes and trees and offers a pretty good privacy. Latchi harbor is less than 2 km from the house and also within walking distance. Here are a good selection of taverns and shops available. The village of Polis offers a wider choice and is just a few minutes' drive away.
