Description
Holiday villa Nasia is an exceptional house on a quiet, not overseen plot in Latchi. It is surrounded by plantations and also offers a beautiful garden and a wonderful sea view.
On the ground floor is the spacious, open plan living area. There are two seating areas with comfortable leather sofas and coffee tables, wonderfully decorated and of high quality. The heavy dining table can sit up to 10 people. The open kitchen is bright and well equipped with a large fridge and dishwasher. In the utility room you will find a washing machine and a dryer. Through additional patio doors you have a wonderful view of the pool area. A small ladder leads up to a small gallery, which serves as a play area.
The three bedrooms are all on the ground floor, two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds and one with two single beds. In a double room there is also a small children bed available. All bedrooms are furnished to a high standard, beautifully decorated and have their own bathroom.
In the house Wifi Internet, DVD and Internet TV are available.
The house is fully equipped with air conditioning units and central heating, all available for an extra fee.
Outside you will find the beautiful terrace with various sitting areas and a large, private pool of 15 x 6 m (depth of 0.30 - 1.9 m). Sun loungers and umbrellas are available on the surrounding terrace. The property enjoys complete privacy and a wonderful view of the sea.
The beach and the harbor can be reached in just 3 minutes drive.
