Villa Citrus Grove has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is wonderfully private, surrounded by orange trees and offers a wonderful view. The house is spacious and very well maintained.
From the entrance you reach the open living / dining area with kitchen. On the right is the living area with a comfortable corner sofa. Here is also a TV with various channels available, as well as DVD and CD. Wifi internet can be received throughout the house.
In the well-equipped kitchen there is also a dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area can accommodate up to 6 people. One of the bedrooms, with two single beds and a private bathroom, and a guest toilet are located on the ground floor. The other two bedrooms are on the upper floor. One is furnished with a double bed, offers a private bathroom and has access to a balcony with a wonderful sea view. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and also has a private bathroom and a balcony with sea view. In addition, there is a large, furnished veranda with a beautiful view of the sea.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, which is included in the price, all windows are equipped with fly screens.
Outside you will find the large, private pool of 10 x 5 m. This is surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas. The garden is nicely laid out with lawns, and large palm trees. Next to the kitchen there is a terrace with table and chairs. There is also a covered pergola with comfortable garden sofas. The property is beautifully private, a high fence surrounds the garden.
The beach and also a nice tavern are about 600 meters away
