Villa Mavroulla 1 is located in the small village Gerani, about 10 km from Rethymnon and within walking distance to the village center.
From the entrance you reach the open living / dining area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area can accommodate up to 6 people. The living area is furnished with two comfortable sofas and a coffee table and there is a TV, DVD and Wifi internet. Veranda doors are opining to the beautiful, shaded terrace. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with double bed and one with two single beds and a bathroom. The main bedroom with private bathroom is on the upper floor, from here you have access to a large veranda with a nice view over pool and garden. Bedrooms and living areas are equipped with air conditioning.
From the furnished terrace a few steps down to the pool area. There is a private pool of 8 x 4 m, which is surrounded by a terrace with sun beds and umbrellas. The house has a beautiful large, well-indented garden, which is separated from the neighboring house by a hedge.
The village center is about 800 m away, where you can find a small supermarket and a tavern. The beach is about 2 km away, where there is another tavern.
