Villa Michalis 3 is the third house of a complex of 4 houses near the village of Maroulas about 8 km outside of Rethymnon on Crete.
The house offers 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor is the open living / dining area with kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers also a washing machine, a table with 6 chairs. The living area is furnished with with sofas and coffee table. One of the bedrooms (double bed) and a bathroom are on the ground floor, the other two are accessible via a staircase, one is equipped with a double bed and the other has two single beds and there is a shared bathroom. The upper two bedrooms also have access to a spacious, furnished terrace with a nice view of the sea.
The house has Wifi Internet and TV and the living area has access to the garden with a private pool, which measures 8 x 4 m and is surrounded by a terrace with sunbathing and umbrellas. There are also garden furniture and a barbecue.
The village of Maroulas is about 300 m away, where you can find a nice tavern, more selection is 3 km from Platanias, 3 km away.
