The villa belongs to a complex of 4 houses with 3 or 4 bedrooms in Latchi, not far from the beach and within short distance to taverns and the port.
Hamila 3 is the third house in the series with 3 bedrooms and offers a beautiful plot with private pool and lawns.
On the ground floor is the partial newly furnished living / dining area with kitchen. The living area is furnished with a corner sofa and coffee table, as well as TV, DVD and Wifi Internet. There is a dining area with comfortable chairs that can accommodate up to 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dishwasher and washing machine. On the ground floor there is also a small double bedroom and a bathroom.
3 further bedrooms are on the upper floor, two are each furnished with a double bed and one with two single beds. There are also two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. All rooms have access to a balcony with a side view. The bedrooms are reasonably furnished and each have air conditioning, which is included in the price.
Sliding doors in the living area open to the garden. There is a terrace with garden furniture and a private pool surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas. The plot is lovely large with lawn area, ideal for children to play. The property is surrounded by a high hedge and gives quite a good privacy.
The beach is only 150 m away, this is sandy to pebbly and ideal for children. The nearest restaurant is just 200 meters away, further shops and taverns can be found at the port of Latchi, about 1.3 km away.
