Sliding doors in the living area open to the garden. There is a terrace with garden furniture and a private pool surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas. The plot is quite large with lawn area, ideal for children to play. The property is surrounded by a high hedge and gives a good privacy.
The beach is only 150 m away, this is sandy to pebbly beach and ideal for children. The nearest restaurant is just 200 meters away, further shops and taverns can be found at the port of Latchi, about 1.3 km away.
