Citrine Villa is a two-storey house with 5 bedrooms and an indoor and outdoor pool. The house is located in the well known Santa Maria Estate in Mellieha in the north of Malta. The beautiful Mellieha Bay is only about 2 km and some restaurants are within walking distance.
On the upper floor of the house are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the large kitchen, the living and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dishwasher. The living area is furnished with large corner couches and coffee tables and offers enough space for up to 12 people. For your entertainment there is cable TV with international programs and DVD, as well as Wifi internet. The dining area is generous and can accommodate up to 12 people. At this level there is also a nice large terrace with view over the pool and the surrounding area.
On the lower floor, on pool level, you will find 3 more bedrooms and two bathrooms and also here you have access to a lovely terrace.
Bedroom, living and dining room are equipped with air conditioning, the consumption of EUR 50 per week is included, additional consumption is extra.
On the ground floor is a new heated pool with built-in jacuzzi, there is also a shower and a games room, which is equipped with a kicker table, large TV, Playstation 3 + games, DVD and movies. Please enquiry cost of pool heating.
